Are the Hebrew Scriptures Fakes?

I thought I would post this authors interesting views for consideration.

Well it is a fact that the scriptures were only written down after Jews returned from the captivity.
And they were almost certainly inspired by what they saw in Babylon in terms of the power of a state religion.
Doesn't The Hiram Key discuss this?
